You have to clearly indicate:
- Order number
- Product concerned
- Details of what happens to the product
- Images and video if necessary
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to be able to return a product purchased in our store. To proceed with the return of a product the user must contact Bass Store via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return of the product.
Do you have a defective product?
If the product arrives defective we take care of collecting the order and we take care of all the expenses incurred. At the moment we have the product in our facilities, we will send you a voucher for the value of the product so that you can use it in Bass Store without expiration.
Do you have a product in good condition that you want to change?
If the return is made without the product being defective or without being a fault of Bass, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- The product must be returned in perfect condition with its original packaging.
- At the time of returning the product, when we receive the package at our facilities, we will issue a refund for the amount of the returned products within a maximum period of 14 days from when the customer communicates the withdrawal.
- The shipping costs incurred by the sale of the product will be deducted from the final price returned.
